Free Visibility Report

Effective August 9, 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AiLeadLab handles, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you. We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to requests, deliver services, and protect the business.

Plain-English summary

The Visibility Report uses the business details, email address, six readiness answers, and public website information you submit. AiLeadLab scans the public website, shows the report on the page, stores the report to prevent duplicates and abuse, and may email the report and a limited follow-up sequence only when email delivery is active. We do not sell website visitor profiles to data brokers.

1. Scope

This policy applies to aileadlab.net, direct business communications with AiLeadLab, and information handled to provide an AiLeadLab service. A separately branded directory, client system, payment processor, or third-party platform may also publish its own policy. Where another policy or signed agreement applies, it controls that specific interaction.

2. Information we may handle

  • Information you choose to provide: name, business name, website, contact details, market, service needs, project context, and communications.
  • Transaction and engagement records: selected offer, payment status, invoices, scope, approvals, support history, and service-delivery records. Full payment-card numbers are handled by the payment processor, not AiLeadLab.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral data, error logs, and security signals ordinarily processed by hosting and security providers.
  • Service data: information a client authorizes AiLeadLab to access for website, listing, lead-routing, CRM, analytics, automation, or content work.

3. Visibility Report processing

When you request a Visibility Report, AiLeadLab receives the business name, public website, city or market, email address, six readiness answers, and your consent. The service fetches the submitted public website and records the resulting public-page signals, report, submission key, timestamps, email-delivery status, and hashed network identifiers used for duplicate prevention and rate limiting. The service does not request a budget or connect to Google Search Console in this version.

4. How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and determine service or market fit.
  • Create an internal sales record for business follow-up, eligibility review, suppression, and duplicate prevention.
  • When email delivery is active and consent is given, send the report and up to four related follow-up emails about the report, relevant services, or next steps.
  • Provide proposals, orders, lead programs, software, automation, reporting, support, and contracted services.
  • Route authorized requests and maintain records of consent, delivery, attribution, and performance.
  • Process transactions, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and services.

5. Lead and directory information

The Visibility Report is a business assessment, not a consumer service-request form. When an AiLeadLab-owned directory or lead path collects a consumer request, that experience should identify the requested service, the intended recipient or provider category, and the applicable consent before submission. Authorized request information may then be shared with the selected or contracted service provider so the request can be answered. We do not represent a lead as exclusive unless written terms say it is.

6. When information may be shared

Information may be disclosed to hosting, security, communications, CRM, payment, analytics, automation, and professional-service providers that support the applicable purpose. It may also be disclosed to a contracted client or service provider when necessary to fulfill an authorized lead or request; to comply with law or valid process; to protect rights, safety, and systems; or as part of a merger, financing, or transfer of the business. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their role.

7. Cookies and analytics

Hosting infrastructure may use essential storage or similar technology for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. If optional analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before that use begins. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, although doing so can affect some functions.

8. Data retention

Visibility Report submissions, report outputs, email-delivery records, suppression records, and internal sales records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, duplicate prevention, abuse prevention, service evaluation, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, or another documented business need. Retention periods vary by record type. Information that is no longer required is deleted, de-identified, or securely archived where deletion is not immediately practical.

9. Security

AiLeadLab uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission, provider, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, customer lists, or financial documents through an ordinary website field or unapproved message.

10. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to request a Visibility Report or provide optional information. You may ask AiLeadLab to suppress or unsubscribe an email address from follow-up messages; suppression records may be retained so the request can be honored. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed. Deletion requests may be limited where retention is needed for legal, security, accounting, dispute, suppression, or abuse-prevention purposes. AiLeadLab will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

11. Children and sensitive information

AiLeadLab services are directed to businesses and adults, not children under 13. Do not use this site to submit a child’s personal information or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a business request.

12. Third-party services and links

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. AiLeadLab does not control their independent processing. Review those policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes and requests

Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date. To make a privacy request, use a verified business channel stated in your order or service agreement, or consult the current Contact page. Include “Privacy request” and enough detail to identify the relevant interaction, but do not include sensitive credentials.
